  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the garment is free from any signs of wear.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our crew receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
